Is that how it works in Texas?
I used to have similar idea abut taking the money and THAN asking questions, but lawyers can mess everything.
For example if you started eviction process and tenant brings partial payment -you are automatically loosing the case in the courts and have to start all over again.
That would be good question to ask a lawyer.
NOPE...in Texas...we'd take the money THEN run :B:B...
My take is what's it gonna get you to 'hold' out....best scenario...you get hired back and still have the 'vacation' time....middle scenario...take the vacation money...and get to come back to work...worse scenario.....don't take the money and there is no company to give you that vacation money....take your money..while it's there for the taking while they have the money enough to give it to you while they still have it and you've earned it..
I'm a bird in the hand type gal :)

UPDATE:
We are still tossing around a few of the names and probably will work with them on a design before picking to see what they look like.
You are quite the creative bunch! Some great ideas!
Will let you know in a couple of days or so what has been decided....or not. A LOT harder than I thought it would be.
I'm telling you...Goap or if you got that safisticated :W stuff...Goap on a Roap....how could you go wrong!

Okay Here's my stance on any HOA and/or visibale eysores...and the dreadful cry of....I don't like to look at that and my property values maybe affected :R:R....sorry but if you don't like the way it looks :R...DON'T look at it :R:R:R if you look on private propery then you are 'invading' on another's right to privacy.....and it's not anyone's responsibility to keep your property values up other than the best that YOU can do....
And it got locked before I saw that someone posted about what I 'would 'think' about a pig farm and the smell...
Depends....if I moved in after the pig smell was already there...MY PROBLEM....should have done my homework better....but in my book a person can paint their house whatever color....raise what they wanna raise....as long as it doesn't truly encroach on 'my space'...which means that if I can't see it when directly staring at my property or smell it while standing on my property....
Then it ain't none of my business!!!!

And what a more than fair return policy...
Me on the other hand...have a whole 'nother...return policy...regarding Conn's appliances....and a portable air conditoner...that the new gal probably thought she was telling the truth at the time sales person....
But it's only been 3 months and well I just haven't gotten over the anger of it all to post it on rv.net....in good concious (sp?) :R:M:M
